Our recruitment process is quick and simple! Each fall, we hold several information sessions for interested individuals to get a sense of what the team is like and the style of debate we compete in. We then hold tryouts where you’ll give a several minute speech in rebuttal to a short argument that we present to you. Afterwards, you’ll give an impromptu speech on a fun topic. We will also have some social events so that we will get to know each other better.
